Question 1: I can't login to my DynoLife account. The screen says incorrect email/password.
Please try the following methods:
1. If you are sure your password is correct, please ensure your mobile device is connected to the internet. Without the internet you would not be able to login to DynoLife. One way to check this is to go to your web browser on your phone and go on a website (such as www.google.com), see if it loads successfully.
2. If your device is connected to the internet, your password may be incorrect. Please click 'Forgot password?', input your email, and reach out to your service provider for a new password.
Question 2: How long should I use my DynoCuff for?
After calibrating it when you first use the DynoCuff and Dyno50, we recommend you to keep using the DynoCuff for two weeks. The DynoAI will match your blood pressure data and the Dyno50 blood pressure measurement will be more and more accurate over time. The system may prompt you recalibrate after a few months.
Question 3: How come my blood pressure reading from Dyno50 is different the one from DynoCuff?
Do not worry if the readings are different. All blood measuring devices in the market have a small error rate, and so do these two. As you keep using your Dyno50 daily it will learn and measure your blood pressure more accurately over time. The system will prompt you if the AI decides there's a need to recalibrate your Dyno50 with DynoCuff or other blood measuring devices.
